SHELTER PARK
One of the projects in which we see potential in current conditions involves a concept that combines various socially significant functions and corresponding spaces in a compact and safe structure, namely:
● administrative and office premises
● education
● medical and social institutions
● retail trade and services
● production and storage
● urban infrastructure
● parking zones
● leisure and culture, etc.
These spaces are housed in a partially sunken multi-storey building under a reinforced multi-layered protective roof, which will also be an exploited green area - an extension of the public landscape park in the very center of the city.
The designed combination of a sheltered building hidden underground with a public green recreation area allowed the developed design concept to be named accordingly.
Safe access is another feature of the project — to ensure maximum safety of access to the complex, a direct underground connection with the corridors of the nearby metro station "Naukova" is planned.
