The main goal of the Kryvbas Industrial Park is to form a balanced economy of the city through the introduction of effective mechanisms to meet the demand of investors (participants) for sites prepared for the placement of innovative facilities, industry, logistics and related services, ensuring economic development, import substitution and increasing the competitiveness of the territory, developing modern production and market infrastructure, small and medium-sized businesses, creating new jobs for city residents and internally displaced persons.

● Located in the steppe zone of Ukraine at the confluence of the Ingults and Saksahani rivers, which are part of the Dnipro river basin.
Kryvyi Rih is crossed by 1742 roads with a total length of 2787.8 km.

Natural resources

Kryvyi Rih is a unique region of Ukraine and one of the richest in mineral resources.
About 50 types of metallic and non-metallic minerals are concentrated in the subsoil of the Kryvyi Rih basin, which are characterised by industrial qualitative and quantitative indicators and are of practical importance

Iron ore
Three main industrial types of iron ore are mined: rich ores that are directly used in metallurgy, magnetite and oxidised ferruginous quartzites that require beneficiation.

The Kryvyi Rih region also has unique ancillary stones, represented by radiant quartz and Kryvyi Rih jasper.
Other minerals
Deposits of lignite, marble, dolomite (40% of Ukraine's reserves), roofing and talc shale, meerkat, ochre, mummy, construction sands, loams, scandium, vanadium and about 40 other elements of the periodic table.

Drinking and table water and therapeutic (radon, hydrogen sulphide, ferrous) water rich in iodine and bromine for external use.

Kryvyi Rih is one of the most mineral-rich regions in Ukraine. The basin's deposits are over 100 km long and up to 6 km wide.
The basin is extended by the 300 sq km Kremenchuk magnetic anomaly.
The economic potential of the city is represented by 36.5 thousand entrepreneurs, including 11.2 thousand legal entities and 25.3 thousand individual entrepreneurs.
There are 137 industrial enterprises in the city. In terms of industrial output, Kryvyi Rih's share is about 19% of the total in Ukraine.
Kryvyi Rih has created a functional and efficient investor support and maintenance system that ensures communication with business and government, and informs about investment opportunities.
The strategic development of the city is defined in three areas: ecology and energy efficiency, economic diversification, openness of the authorities and community welfare.

What has been done: the project is at the implementation stage. The first stage of the industrial park development involves the supply of utilities to the site and the construction of an administrative and amenity building and the first production and warehouse complex to accommodate residents, with the arrangement of adjacent territory and shelters.

Kryvyi Rih Innovation Business Incubator

Partners / participants / donors: Neo-Eco Ukraine LLC, Hyundai Engineering.

Objective: to create a centre for the development of human capital and circular economy, to introduce a modern innovative model of economic development in the city, focused on the most efficient use of human potential, preventing emigration and improving the socio-economic performance of the territorial community.

What has been done: the first stage of the industrial park's development involves the supply of utilities to the site and the construction of an administrative and amenity building and the first production and warehouse complex to accommodate residents, with the arrangement of adjacent territory and shelters. A Concept Note for the Kryvyi Rih Innovative Business Incubator project was prepared, and the Executive Committee adopted a decision «On Recognition of the Feasibility of Preparing a Feasibility Study for the Kryvyi Rih Innovative Business Incubator Public-Private Partnership Project». The feasibility study is currently being developed.
