RECONSTRUCTION OF AISTRIP OF THE VINNYTSIA AIRPORT, ME

The reconstruction project will provide for extension of existing artificial runway from 42 to 45 km and meeting ICAO requirements for dimensions of 2,500m x 45m and with fortified roadsides in both sides – 1,5 km. Reconstruction of the artificial runway will allow to provide unlimited service of aircrafts Boing – 737-800 and Airbus A320 and also corresponds to the II landing category of ICAO (landing in law visibility conditions).

RECONSTRUCTION OF THE AIRPORT BUILDING OF VINNYITSIA AIRPORT, ME

The reconstruction involves compliance with all accessibility and inclusion requirements, as well as the construction of housing.
According to the project it is envisaged division the terminal into 2 sectors: international flights and domestic flights. The capacity of the international flights sector is 320 passengers per hour, and the capacity of the domestic flights sector is 80 passengers per hour. The total capacity of the terminal will be 400 passengers per hour. A car park with 151 car parking spaces is also planned.

CONSTRUCTION OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND TECHNICAL BUILDING WITH AN AIRFIELD CONTROL TOWER AT THE VINNYTSIA AIRPORT, ME

On 06 March 2022, a missile strike destroyed the command and control centre with an air traffic control tower.
According to the technical report on the inspection of the destroyed property, the building was declared an emergency and is subject to demolition.
The project will provide for the construction of a new airfield control tower.

RECONSTRUCTION THE NONDWELLING BUILDINT TO TOURISM HUB

REPLACEMENT OF OUTDATED STREET LAMPS WITH LED LAMPS

Goal: Providing with outdoor lighting. In the current year at the territory of Vinnytsia City Territorial Community (Gromada), city municipal unitary enterprise Misksvitlo had planned to replace 7 000 old street lights with new ones. So far, more than 1,300 luminaires have been replaced with LEDs.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE VINNYTSIA REGIONAL CLINICAL MEDICAL AND DIAGNOSTIC CENTER OF CARDIOVASCULAR PATHOLOGY

Partners / participants/ donors: As part of the Loan Agreement between Ukraine and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the Subsidiary Agreement on the implementation of the subproject «Health Care System Development Component of Vinnytsia Region» between the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, Vinnytsia Regional State Administration and Vinnytsia City Council.
Goal: Development of healthcare system.
For the period from 2021 to 2023, the Vinnytsia Cite Territorial Community budget was used to purchase equipment (including medical equipment) and other non-current tangible assets totalling 96,025, 118 thousand UAH. The photo is attached.

RECONSTRUCTION OF THE OUTDOOR LIGHTING SYSTEM

Partners / participants / donors: Vinnytsia City Council, Nordic Environmental Finance Company (NEFCO);
Project goal: The community has received high-quality modern street lighting, which means, first of all, comfort and safety of our city residents, and the city significantly saves budgetary expenses on electricity.

RECONSTRUCTION OF ZAMOSTYANSKA STREET

Partners / participants/ donors: Local budget, State badged;
Goal: Turn the space into a comfortable place for residents and visitors, and make the infrastructure more convenient and safe;What has been done: Tram roads were equipped with system of «velvet way», all underground communications were changed, roads and pedestrian walks were renovated, new pavilions were installed at the public traffic stations, namely the stops were made as lifted platform at the tram stops (this decision gives more safety and comfort of boarding passengers to tram), bicycle straps were painted in red colour, pedestrian zone was renovated, it was equipped with new lighting system and modern illumination. More than 450 young trees were planted along the street - twice as many as grew here before the street was reconstructed.

INSTALLATION OF AUTOMATED DOOR SYSTEM IN SHELTERS AT THE TERRITORY OF COOMUNITIES (GROMADAS)

Goal: Creating safe conditions for dwellers and guests of Vinnytsia city during the air raid alert. Ensuring the safety of material and technical base and sufficient condition of shelters.
What has been done: As of 12.07.2023 automated door system was installed at 52 educational institutions and the territory of the Vinnytsia City Territorial Community.

PROGRAMME OF ANTI-CRISIS SUPPORT AT 2023

● providing support to certain categories of low-income and socially vulnerable people, including internally displaced persons (IDPs),
● creating an effective healthcare protection system for Vinnytsia residents,
● support for the families of persons killed (deceased) as a result of the military aggression of the russian federation against Ukraine
The draft budget of the community (gromada) for 2023 provides for funds in the amount of 4.5 million UAH.
