RECONSTRUCTION OF THE SURGERY BUILDING OF THE “FAMILY DOCTOR” CLINIC MUNICIPAL NON-PROFIT ENTERPRISE

Improving the quality of medical services and accessibility of secondary healthcare for residents of the frontline community and evacuated internally displaced persons of the Shyrokе community by reconstructing the surgery building of the “Family Doctor” Clinic in accordance with modern European requirements for medical facilities and inclusiveness for people with limited mobility.
In particular, thanks to the implementation of this project, community residents will have access to modern medical services under NHSU packages with a focus on infrastructure accessibility. One lift for people with limited mobility will be installed, the level of thermal insulation of the building will be increased, and the road surface on the territory of the Clinic will be renovated. In general, the conditions of patients' stay in the medical facility will be brought in line with the current legislation and the number of days for postoperative recovery and rehabilitation will be reduced.

New construction of a local automated system for centralised alerting and informing residents of Shyrokе community

The project envisages the implementation of an effective system of alerting and informing residents in the settlements of the Shyrokе community. The main goal is to ensure the effective transmission of alarms and informing residents during emergencies. The creation of an information system by broadcasting voice messages or sound signals in open spaces with a loudspeaker will ensure a quick response of rescue and security services to emergencies in the community. This is especially relevant for communities located in high-risk areas, such as our community, where the population has grown significantly since the beginning of the war due to the increase in the number of internally displaced persons.

A safety centre is a community infrastructure facility that houses several services that ensure the safety of the population (fire and rescue, medical care, and police units of the community).

The main purpose of establishing a safety centre is to ensure the availability of public services provided to the community, primarily to protect the population and territory from fires and emergencies, as well as to ensure public safety.

The Safety Centre is aimed at meeting the needs of the community in comprehensive security, both in the field of civil protection and public order.

Water to the village

The purpose of this project is to replace the existing steel water supply system with a new one made of polyethylene pipes on the section from Zaporizhzhia to the site of the pumping station in Lukashevo village. The technical measures to be implemented under the project will stabilise the operation of the water supply system in this area. The stable operation of the water supply system should ensure a steady supply of water to the community. Meeting the basic needs of the residents today means improving the quality of life, and a stable water supply in the community means developing the economic environment and the agricultural sector, which prevails in our region. Improving the quality of water supply means developing the competitiveness and sustainability of our community in today's conditions.

The reconstruction of the road surface complies with state construction standards and barrier-free requirements.
The reconstruction of this section of the road surface will provide the shortest transport connection to the regional centre, as well as safe and organised pedestrian and cyclist traffic. The convenient location and combination of the bike and pedestrian path with the carriageway will help relieve traffic flow and create a safe ride and passage.

Traffic management for drivers, cyclists and pedestrians

An administrative building is a multifunctional facility that meets the needs of citizens. The first floor will house the premises for intellectual and physical development, and the second floor will house the administrative part. The building will serve as a leisure and community centre for the residents of the settlement, providing them with important administrative and social services, access to psychological, artistic and cultural events.
The project envisages the new construction of an administrative building, a car park for visitors and a playground. Around the building, it is planned to build a car park for visitors with 66 spaces, a landscaped area with pedestrian and bicycle zones, and greenery for leisure activities for children and adults. The territory and the building will be equipped with convenient conditions for people with disabilities.
