Restoration of the water pumping station No. 2 Podusivka of the Chernihivvodokanal utility company
One of the projects to be presented by the Chernihiv Community at the National Pavilion "UKRAINE AND ITS COMMUNITIES" is the Restoration of the water pumping station No. 2 Podusivka of the Chernihivvodokanal utility company.
As a result of russian military operations, the water pumping station No. 2 Podusivka of the Chernihivvodokanal utility company, which provides 34% of the city's total water consumption and had a maximum capacity of 30,000 m3/day, was severely damaged. This project involves the reconstruction of the water pumping station and the construction of a water treatment plant using modern energy-efficient technologies, the construction of a solar power plant and the use of heat pumps. In addition, the use of the latest technologies and the construction of the water treatment plant will allow for the removal of excess iron and manganese.
