Hospital Reconstruction

Estimated cost of the project is 80 million UAH

The hospital underwent a large-scale reconstruction during 2018-2021. It is a modern, best health care facility in the Sumy region. As a result of the shelling, it suffered a significant damage. It is necessary to carry out a complete restoration, thermal modernization and non-volatility of the hospital.

Estimated cost of the project is 50 million UAH

Before the full-scale invasion of the Russian occupiers, up to 500 children studied in the school. As a result of the explosions, windows and a roof were damaged in the adjacent area. School reconstruction with thermal modernization will ensure effective energy saving of the building of the educational institution.

Restoration of sewage treatment facilities

The estimated cost of the project is UAH 120 million

The central treatment facilities were built in the 70s of the last century. After the enemy shelling, it is almost impossible to carry out their capital repair, it needs a complete reconstruction. In case of a complete accident, the untreated sewage will enter the Vorskla River, and further into the Dnipro.

The house of the chief estate manager L. Koenig is an architectural monument of the 19th century of state importance (1911). The Krasnotrostyanets Forest Research Station was located on the territory of the attraction. A lot of scientific literature on the study of the natural fund of Trostyanechchyna was lost.

The rational management of the community's land resources is of particular importance, since the level of improvement and maintenance of the communal economy depends on the revenue from the payment for land by users. All land issues are resolved only at the plenary sessions of the City Council sessions.

The settlement and two villages of the Middle Ages, the Round Yard, the main building of the estate of L.E. Koenig, Nymph's Grotto, "White" Church of the Annunciation, Ascension Church. The main decoration and the oldest building of the city is the Round Yard - it is a unique architectural monument of the 18th century. Annually, the Round Yard welcomes up to 30 thousand tourists from all over the world as part of international festival events:

On February 24, 2022, the city was attacked and occupied by Russian troops. Trostyanets was occupied for 30 days and was liberated by Ukrainian troops on March 26, 2022. The preliminary estimate of the reconstruction of the damaged buildings exceeds $104 million.

The distraction of the infrastructure

Railway station and 40th Army Square

During the Russian occupation and as a result of enemy shelling, the railway station suffered significant damage, and the adjacent square of the 40th Army was completely destroyed. In addition, buildings near the Square, surface and underground communications also suffered significant damage.

Krasnotrostyanets Forest Research Station

It is an architectural monument of the 19th century. The building of the forestry research station suffered significant destruction as a result of enemy shelling during the liberation of the city of Trostyanets. Because of this, a lot of important scientific literature on the study of the natural fund of the Trostyanets region was destroyed.

City Hospital

It became the first institution in Ukraine, which in 2017, as a result of the decentralization reform, was transferred from the management system of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine to the Trostyanets City Council. During 2018-2021, a large-scale reconstruction was carried out at the hospital (with funds from the local budget and a loan taken by the city council).

One of the main budget-generating enterprises of the community was damaged. The enterprise employs about 2,000 people. Over the past 20 years, the company has invested more than 200 million US dollars in its development.Under the cover of the enterprise, Russian troops shelled populated areas. They robbed the warehouse of finished products and stole office equipment.
