    with a total area of about 350,000 square meters. As of December 1, 2021, 7,981 square meters are under lease (99 contracts), of which 42 land management contracts have been concluded with budgetary institutions on issues of land resource management.

  • Community is a member of the European Covenant of Mayors initiative. The Action Plan for Sustainable Energy Development until 2030 has been developed and approved by the European Commission.

  • The community has developed a development strategy until 2030.

The rational management of the community's land resources is of particular importance, since the level of improvement and maintenance of the communal economy depends on the revenue from the payment for land by users. All land issues are resolved only at the plenary sessions of the City Council sessions.

    NATIONAL HERITAGE OBJECTS

The settlement and two villages of the Middle Ages, the Round Yard, the main building of the estate of L.E. Koenig, Nymph's Grotto, Bila, Annunciation Church, Ascension Church. The main decoration and the oldest building of the city is the Round Yard - it is a unique architectural monument of the 18th century. Annually, the Round Yard welcomes up to 30 thousand tourists from all over the world as part of international festival events:

ON FEBRUARY 24, 2022, THE CITY WAS ATTACKED AND OCCUPIED BY RUSSIAN TROOPS. TROSTYANETS WAS OCCUPIED FOR 30 DAYS AND WAS LIBERATED BY UKRAINIAN TROOPS ON MARCH 26, 2022. THE PRELIMINARY ESTIMATE OF THE RECONSTRUCTION OF THE DAMAGED BUILDINGS EXCEEDS $104 MILLION.

DISTRACTION OF SOCIAL INFRASTRUCTURE

Railway station and 40th Army Square

During the russian occupation and as a result of enemy shelling, the railway station suffered significant damage, and the adjacent square of the 40th Army was completely destroyed. In addition, buildings near the Square, surface and underground communications also suffered significant damage.

Krasnotrostyanets Forest Research Station

It is an architectural monument of the 19th century. The building of the forestry research station suffered significant destruction as a result of enemy shelling during the liberation of the city of Trostyanets. Because of this, a lot of important scientific literature on the study of the natural fund of the Trostyanets region was destroyed.

City Hospital

It became the first institution in Ukraine, which in 2017, as a result of the decentralization reform, was transferred from the management system of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine to the Trostyanets City Council. During 2018-2021, a large-scale reconstruction was carried out at the hospital (with funds from the local budget and a loan taken by the city council).

One of the main budget-generating enterprises of the community was damaged. The enterprise employs about 2,000 people. Over the past 20 years, the company has invested more than 200 million US dollars in its development.
Under the cover of the enterprise, Russian troops shelled populated areas. They robbed the warehouse of finished products and stole office equipment.
