“Revival Quarter”

The project envisions the construction of four 4-story residential buildings (25,600 m², 512 apartments) to accommodate 1,536 internally displaced persons (IDPs).
The goal is to preserve the community’s human potential, create conditions for the return of professionals, and provide housing for internally displaced persons.

Estimated budget: €56,000,000

Restoration and expansion of the Sievierodonetsk City Multidisciplinary Hospital

The project includes three components: improving hospital accessibility for patients with limited mobility, renovating and equipping a room for a CT scanner, and purchasing a digital mammograph for early detection of breast cancer.

Implementation of Strategic Projects

Shelter for Families and IDPs of the Sievierodonetsk Community

A stationary service (department) providing shelter for families with children and individuals affected by the armed conflict, including IDPs registered at the Sievierodonetsk City Social Services Center (Samar, Dnipropetrovsk region). Currently, 23 people (16 families) are residing in the shelter.

IDP Support Hubs of Luhansk Region in Dnipro and Ternopil

In the cities of Dnipro and Ternopil, two hubs have been established and equipped to meet the humanitarian, social, and cultural needs of internally displaced persons from Luhansk region who fled areas of active hostilities and occupation—approximately 2,400 families, the majority of whom are women, children, and elderly people.

Housing for IDPs: Housing for internally displaced persons

The project is being implemented in cooperation with IOM and the Ministry for Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine.Its goal is to provide housing for IDPs from the Severodonetsk community.In the Drohobych and Kamianka-Buzka communities of Lviv region, construction of the “Revival Quarter” is underway—a residential complex designed for 1,500–2,000 people, including a medical facility, school, administrative service center (CNAP), and shelter.
