The purpose of construction of the Rehabilitation and Sports Complex in Poltava is the development, high-quality and complete rehabilitation and adaptation to normal life of military personnel and civilians who suffered from hostilities, activation of the city's young generation and promotion of a healthy lifestyle in the Poltava urban territorial community.

Industrial Park "POLTAVA"

The purpose of creating an industrial park is to ensure economic development and increase the infrastructural saturation of the territory of the community, create new jobs, and manufacture competitive products on the territory of the Poltava urban territorial community.

The industrial park will specialize in the production of technological equipment and medium mechanical engineering, the production of building materials and mixtures, the processing of minerals and the production of fertilizers, the processing of agricultural raw materials and fruit and berry products, scientific research production, logistics, etc.

About 3,000 jobs are planned to be created as part of the industrial park.

Restoration of the architectural monument "Bridge over the Vorskla River"

The bridge was built in 1957. Through the bridge, the surrounding areas are connected to the city by public transport (trolley bus service), engineering communications and railway tracks.
According to the expert technical opinion (2018), the current state of the load-bearing structures is emergency.
The bridge is a reinforced concrete mass with a continuous beam-cantilever system.
The project envisages the improvement of the operational condition of the bridge and supporting structures, the construction of a new pedestrian section, the renewal of the asphalt surface on the roadway, the renewal and improvement of the surrounding area.

Reconstruction of the trolleybus line (energy saving measures) with
by installing a backup power source

The creation of an effective public transport system focused on satisfying the needs of consumers is one of the priority directions of the Poltava city authorities. The goal of the project is to ensure the sustainable functioning and further development of the city's electric transport, namely:
- creation of appropriate conditions for providing high-quality and safe services to the population
from transportation by trolleybuses;
- availability of transport services for all segments of the population;
- increase in the specific weight of electric transport in urban passenger transport
transportation;
- savings of budget funds, due to the introduction of modern,
energy efficient equipment;
- fulfillment of environmental conditions for equipment of traction substations;
- increasing the level of technical equipment of the enterprise and its efficiency
work

Arrangement of the veteran hub

Arrangement of a veteran hub in the Poltava City Council as part of the Council of Europe competition "Proposals of local initiatives on open governance and human rights at the local level in Ukraine.
The goal of the project is to create a space for information and advisory, rehabilitation services and leisure.
Repairs were made to the premises, equipment and furniture were purchased, and a number of psychological and legal consultations were conducted.

Caring for those who save

"Caring for those who save" - As part of the ISAR Unity competition. The project is aimed at creating special spaces for psychological relief and support for rescuers of the State Emergency Service. These spaces will be equipped for relaxation, meditation and psychological sessions.
The goal of the project is to provide rescue workers with the necessary tools and environment to restore their psychological health and maintain their emotional state during difficult moments of their work.

Decentralization for the development of democratic education

Cooperation with the Swiss-Ukrainian DECIDE project - "Decentralization for the development of democratic education". Grant agreement between the Swiss-Ukrainian project and the Poltava City Council - implemented the project of creating an educational hub in gymnasium No. 33.
The goal of the project is to create an educational hub in the shelter of gymnasium No. 33 for dual use of this space.
