Creation of a Greenhouse and Nursery Complex for Sustainable Urban Greening and City Landscape Development

The project involves establishing a municipal greenhouse and nursery for cultivating ornamental and landscaping plants, which will be used to enhance the public spaces of the city

Urban infrastructure

Reconstruction of the Khadzhybeiskyi Estuary Dam

The project involves carrying out works to prevent the destruction of the Khadzhybeiskyi Estuary dam and the carriageway of the national road M-05-01 bypassing the city of Odesa

Urban Electric Transport Modernization

Partners / Participants / Donors: European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD)

Project Goal: Modernization of the city’s electric transport fleet

Achievements: An innovative space, Open Space Ternopil (1,187 m²), was opened, featuring a conference hall, a coworking area with 25 workstations, a showroom for presenting products of local entrepreneurs, and two creative studios for art and design projects.

A platform was created for interactive collaboration between business, the community, and local authorities.

Reconstruction of the Public and Hospital Lighting System

Partners / Participants / Donors: Nordic Environment Finance Corporation (NEFCO) and the Eastern Europe Energy Efficiency and Environment Partnership Fund (E5P Fund)

Goal: Improve energy efficiency of public sector facilities and reconstruct the street lighting system in Odesa.

Achievements: Lighting was replaced in seven healthcare facilities, and the street lighting system of Odesa was reconstructed.

North–South Direct Tram Route

Partners / Participants / Donors: European Investment Bank (EIB)

Goal: Create conditions to provide the population with high-quality transport services within the framework of the nationwide project “Urban Public Transport of Ukraine.”

Achievements: The project foresees the purchase of 13 new low-floor trams. The project is currently under implementation.

Fleet Modernization of the Municipal Enterprise “Odesmiskelectrotrans”

Partners / Participants / Donors: European Investment Bank (EIB)

Goal: Create conditions to provide the population with high-quality transport services within the framework of the nationwide project “Urban Public Transport of Ukraine II.”

Achievements: The project foresees the acquisition of electric buses. The project is currently under implementation.

“Priority Health Assistance in Times of Crisis” and REHAB: “Restoration, Reform, and Rehabilitation of the Ukrainian Healthcare System”

Partners / Participants / Donors: French Development Agency (AFD), represented by Expertise France S.A.S.

Achievements: The project plans the reconstruction of facilities and the modernization of medical equipment in four city hospitals. The project is currently under implementation.
