Development of municipal services, education, healthcare, and environmental protection in accordance with European standards. Strengthening partnerships with twin cities to implement joint projects, exchange experience, and adopt best governance practices.
Implementation of Infrastructure and Social Projects
Execution of initiatives aimed at modernizing transport, energy, and social infrastructure, improving living conditions for residents, and creating a comfortable urban environment.
Sustainable Development and Environmental Safety
Development and implementation of projects in energy efficiency, waste management, water purification, and the introduction of environmentally friendly technologies. Focus on reducing emissions and increasing the use of renewable energy sources.
Support for Veterans and Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs)
Engagement of international partners to establish rehabilitation centers, psychological support and social adaptation programs, and to provide housing and employment opportunities.
Education, Culture, and Experience Exchange
Implementation of joint projects in education, culture, and tourism. Participation in international exchange programs and initiatives for cultural heritage preservation and intercultural dialogue development.
Participation in International Programs and Grants
Active use of opportunities offered by European Union programs (such as CERV and LIFE), international technical assistance, grant competitions, and development projects to attract investments and enhance the community’s competitiveness.

City of Chortkiv and the villages of Bychkivtsi, Bila, Horishnia Vyhnanka, Pastushe, Perekhody, Rosokhach, Skorodyntsi
● Location: Chortkiv City Territorial Community, southern part of Ternopil region; administrative center – city of Chortkiv.● Relief and Climate: Hilly plains with the Seret River valley; moderately continental climate; fertile soils suitable for cereals, industrial, and vegetable crops.● Water Resources: Seret River – of environmental protection and recreational significance.● Transport: H-18 highway and local roads; important railway station on the Lviv Railway; nearest airports – Ternopil, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv, Chernivtsi.● International Borders: 120–200 km to Poland, Romania, and Moldova, facilitating cross-border cooperation and trade.

Energy Efficiency and Green Energy:
The community implements solar energy and distributed generation projects, creating significant potential for investments in renewable energy.
Institutional and Logistical Support:
The Local Economic Development Agency and investment attraction departments provide full support for investment projects, while the community’s location along highways and railways ensures convenient logistics.
