Green Energy and Climate Resilience:
The community is implementing environmental initiatives and energy efficiency projects aimed at enhancing climate resilience.

Educational, sports, and cultural institutions are being developed, creating opportunities for active youth participation in community life.
Education and Business:
Collaboration between educational institutions and entrepreneurs is supported, fostering local economic growth and innovation.
Digital Services and International Cultural Connections:
Electronic services for residents are being expanded, and cultural and partnership ties with international communities are being strengthened.

City of Boiarka and the villages of Dzvinkove, Zhornivka, Zabirya, Ivankiv, Knyazhichi, Malyutyanka, Nove, Novosilky, Pereviz, Tarasivka.
● Located in the central part of Kyiv region, 23 km from the capital.● Offers convenient railway and road connections to Kyiv and surrounding settlements.● Direct access to the M-05 international highway (Kyiv–Odesa), railway station, and stopping platform.● Kyiv International Airport is 12 km away.● Borders the Bilohorodka, Byshiv, Kalynivka, Hlevakha, and Hatne communities.● The territory belongs to the mixed forest and forest-steppe zone, with land plots designated for various uses.

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS
Implementation of Strategic Projects
New construction of a basic shelter at the Zabirka Primary Educational Institution
Donor: 50% from the State Budget and 50% from the local budget
Objective: To create safe conditions for learning and staying for children and staff, with protection in case of emergencies.
Implementation: A basic shelter with an area of 110.9 m² for 50 people has been constructed, equipped with utility networks and facilities for safe stay during air raid alerts.
Reconstruction of the outpatient clinic with accommodation for healthcare workers who are IDPs
Donor: Fund for the Elimination of the Consequences of Armed Aggression
Objective: To create a modern outpatient clinic that provides quality medical services and comfortable working and living conditions for medical staff, including IDPs.
Implementation: Reconstruction of the old building, including facilities for patient care and staff accommodation, boiler room, landscaping of the territory, and barrier-free access.
Area: 544.28 m²
Duration: 2023–2025
