✔ Creation of the Artsyz multimodal logistics hub in the Artsyz Territorial Community
The project involves the creation of the Artsyz multimodal logistics hub, an industrial park based on municipal-owned airfield infrastructure on a 460-hectare plot of land
✔ STAN-INVEST Industrial Park
This Industrial Park was established for a period of 30 years and is included in the Register of Industrial Parks in accordance with the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 902-r dated August 26, 2025. It is located in the city of Oleksandriya, Kirovohrad region, on a plot of 11.5903 hectares.
✔Khmelnytskyi Industrial Park
The project involves the development of modern infrastructure, attracting investment, forming innovative enterprises, and creating more than 3,000 jobs, which will contribute to the long-term economic growth of the region.
✔ Construction of an industrial park and logistics center along the M15 Odessa-Reni international highway, near the village of Kozatske.
The project involves the construction and launch of a multifunctional industrial park and logistics center on a strategically important site along the M-15 Odessa-Reni international highway.

✔ Створення мультимодального логістичного хабу "Artsyz" в Арцизькій міській територіальній громаді / Artsyz territorial community
Проєкт передбачає створення мультимодального логістичного хабу "Artsyz" - індустріального парку на базі аеродромної інфраструктури комунальної власності на земельній ділянці площею 460 га
✔ Індустріальний парк “СТАН-ІНВЕСТ”
Індустріальний парк "СТАН-ІНВЕСТ" створений строком на 30 років та включений до Реєстру індустріальних парків згідно з Розпорядженням Кабінету Міністрів України від 26 серпня 2025 р. № 902-р. Знаходиться у м. Олександрія Кіровоградської області на ділянці розміром 11,5903 га.
✔Індустріальний парк "Хмельницький"
Проєкт передбачає розвиток сучасної інфраструктури, залучення інвестицій, формування інноваційних підприємств та створення понад 3000 робочих місць, що сприятиме довгостроковому економічному зростанню регіону.
✔ Будівництво індустріального парку та логістичного центру вздовж міжнародної траси М15 Одеса-Рені, біля села Козацьке.
Проєкт передбачає будівництво та запуск багатофункціонального Індустріального парку та Логістичного центру на стратегічно важливій ділянці вздовж міжнародної траси М-15 "Одеса-Рені
