The Ovruch City Hospital employs 394 medical personnel. One of the main goals of the local authorities is to ensure that citizens receive effective treatment in comfortable conditions.

The project includes a comprehensive thermal upgrade: window and roof replacement, insulation of building facades, major repair of parts of the roof of the catering block of the municipal non-profit institution, and insulation of the basement floor. All of these measures allow for more than 25% savings in heating costs for the buildings. However, the primary focus is on the comfort of the patients.
