🏗 One of the areas of projects that will be presented by communities at the National Pavilion ‘UKRAINE AND ITS COMMUNITIES’ is housing for internally displaced persons

✔ Major renovation of a building to house internally displaced persons in Cherkasy

It is planned to renovate a building to accommodate internally displaced persons. Upon completion of the renovation, 30 residential units will be created, including a vestibule, an entrance hall, a room, a kitchen, and a combined bathroom, designed to accommodate approximately 130 people at a time.

✔ Social and residential complex for the integration and support of IDPs in the Kreminna community

Reconstruction of a four-storey building, where a space for the provision of social services and three floors for families to live in will be equipped using modern approaches.

✔ Reconstruction of a multi-apartment residential building and new construction of prefabricated frame residential buildings to meet the needs and protect vulnerable groups, including internally displaced persons in the city of Cherkasy. The project provides for the construction of 160 apartments with a total living area of 5,026.5 square metres.

✔ Provision of housing for IDPs from the Kreminna community in the village of Lukovets-Vyshnevsky

The reconstruction of the two-storey building includes the premises of the former school, boiler room and farm buildings located on a 2-hectare plot, which will allow for the construction of 8 one-room and 11 two-room apartments for 19 IDP families (~60 people) and the creation of 25 new jobs.

🏗 Одним із напрямків проєктів, що будуть представлені громадами на Національному павільйоні «УКРАЇНА ТА ЇЇ ГРОМАДИ» є житло для внутрішньо переміщених осіб

✔ Капітальний ремонт будівлі для розміщення внутрішньо переміщених осіб в м. Черкаси

Планується здійснити ремонт будівлі для розміщення внутрішньо переміщених осіб. Після завершення ремонту буде створено 30 житлових блоків, що включають тамбур, передпокій, кімнату, кухню, суміщений санвузол, розрахованих на одночасне перебування близько 130 осіб.

✔ Соціально-житловий комплекс для інтеграції та підтримки ВПО в Кремінській громаді

Реконструкція чотириповерхової будівлі, де буде облаштовано простір надання соціальних послуг і 3 поверхи для проживання родин із застосуванням сучасних підходів.

✔ Реконструкція багатоквартирного житлового будинку та нове будівництво швидкозбірних каркасних житлових будинків для реалізації потреб та захисту осіб незахищених верств населення, в т.ч. внутрішньо переміщених осіб в м. Черкаси. Проєктом передбачено будівництво 160 квартир загальною житловою площею – 5026,5 кв.м.

✔ Забезпечення житлом мешканців ВПО Кремінської громади в селі Луковець-Вишнівський

Реконструкція двоповерхової будівлі включає приміщення колишньої школи, котельню та господарські будівлі, які розташовані на ділянці 2 га, що дозволить — облаштувати 8 однокімнатних та 11 двокімнатних квартир для проживання 19 родин ВПО (~60 осіб) та створити 25 нових робочих місць.
