177 medical facilities have been completely destroyed, and 1,400 have been damaged, with one in three medical facilities affected.

More than 35,000 individuals (as of November 1, 2023), including military personnel, civilians, and children have suffered limb amputations and require prosthetic devices and further rehabilitation.

The recovery effort necessitates the establishment of additional rehabilitation centers and the expansion of existing networks.

A substantial number of individuals with mine and explosive-related injuries require both aesthetic and physical reconstruction.

The creation of new businesses within communities to engage and support the recovery of affected individuals.

Reconstruction of medical infrastructure objects (A total of $3.6 billion is required in the short to medium term, and $16.4 billion over the next decade).
