The Kharkiv Territorial Community is located in the Kharkiv district of the Kharkiv region. It was formed on June 12, 2020 through the transformation of the Kharkiv City Council of the Kharkiv Region into the Kharkiv City Community. Only the city of Kharkiv is part of the Community.
